Parents wishing to serve on the Leavitt Middle School Organization Team (SOT) may nominate themselves by completing this survey. Nominations will remain open until September 2nd, 2022 (3:00 PM). Once all nominations are verified, only the names of the candidates and their response to a brief question will be electronically distributed to parents for a vote.
